Shipping Policy

SHIPPING CARRIER

Options for USPS priority, express are available at checkout and based on order weight. Signature confirmation is required for all orders. 

USPS Priority and Expedited Shipping service are available all include signature confirmation. Please coordinate someone is able to sign for your package for for all orders.

International FLAT RATE shipping is $20 you also have USPS & DHL options at checkout calculated by order weight.

HOLIDAY DELAYS

We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your ANTIDOTE order gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience!

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders for processing. Most orders are made to order once the order is placed. The item is specifically made for you. We can offer sizing swaps, color or on occasion item swaps. If an item is no longer needed we can offer you a store credit. 

Items refused or returned to the sender will be sent back at the consumer's expense. 

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

EXPEDITED OR NEXT DAY DELIVERY - US

We offer next day delivery for the US provided that the order is placed before 1 PM PST. Please check with our team at hello@ad-la.com to ensure your order can be covered by this service.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, The postal carrier will attempt re-delivery. If the postal carrier and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by carriers cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient

SHIPPING STATUS

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped via email or SMS depending on what you chose at checkout.  You may also view your order online by logging into your account and selecting "Order History." You may also email us Shipping Status to hello@antidote.la. 

Lost Packages where tracking shows delivered.

1. File Claim with USPS

2. File police report 

3. Wait for USPS investigation results. Depending on results items may reship. 

ANTIDOTE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
