Preorder Policy
Pre Order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item sells out.
The benefit of purchasing Pre Order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.
Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via Pre Order before they physically arrive in stock.
Designer Preorder Tab
Basics production time is 4-8 weeks.
Antidote Designer Tab 4-8 weeks (Can be expedited 3 day ship time for additional fee worldwide)
Gigi Luxe Processing time 4-8 weeks
Lulu Luxe Processing Time 4-8 weeks
XXVI Designer Tab Processing Time 4-8 weeks
Bags, Jewels & Accessories Processing time 4-8 weeks
Shoe preorder policy 4-12 weeks on select styles email us for confirmation.
Please note that delays may occur and dates are not guaranteed especially during holidays and during Covid19.
The AD-LA is not held liable for any delays that may occur if you wish to preorder an item.
You will proceed to the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre Order.
Normally, we do not accept cancellation of Pre Orders and they are final sale as they are ordered in specially for you (classic designs). In an event where the occasion dress or item(s) is not required, a store credit will be issued instead, not a refund. So please take extra care when placing your order.
Please note if you preorder an item with other non-pre-order items this will delay your entire order. Please place your preorder item separate to avoid any delays in non-preorder items.
Shoe preorders takes about 4-16 weeks to produce. Please note we do not currently hold stock of most shoes styles. We will advertise when stock lands. Most shoes sell out in minutes. Shoe preorders cannot be modified or expedited at the moment.
If you would like to cancel a preorder we will refund in a form of store credit.
Please note due to COVID19 there may be slightly longer delays with imports. Please email prior to placing any order for clarification. Above shipping times are only estimates and can ship prior or after advertised time.
